Exchange & Return Policy
At Erth Al Madina Gifts, we are committed to customer satisfaction and to offering high-quality products inspired by the spirit of Madinah. We take pride in every piece being a meaningful gift that carries a unique character and lasting memories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the following terms:
First: General Conditions
- You are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories (if any).
- Returns are free within Saudi Arabia if there is an error in the order or a defect in the product.
- If the exchange is requested for a personal reason (such as a change of mind), the customer bears the shipping costs both ways.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or execution error.
Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted in the Following Cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since receiving the order.
- The product has been used, damaged, or the protective seal has been removed.
- Customized or personalized products made upon customer request.
- Any product that does not carry the Erth Al Madinah logo or is missing accessories.
Refund Process
- Only the product value will be refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable, if applicable) after inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at purchase within 7–14 business days.
